"I have today received the remote control you despatched on the 22nd June 2004 under cover of despatch note xxxxxx. It is working perfectly and I'd like to thank you for the promptness which my order received. I was distinctly impressed by the ease with which the remote control was identified. All I had to do was to enter the make and model of the TV set, and the system did the rest. It operates the same functions that were operated by the original remote control.
